CertGuide.ai provides an AI-powered study platform for IT certification exam preparation, including practice questions, performance-based questions (PBQs), personalized study plans, and AI tutoring. Our services are designed to help you prepare for certification exams but do not guarantee exam passage.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

2. 2Take your certification exam within 30 days of reaching mastery
3. 3If you don't pass, send us your official score report
4. 4We'll refund 100% of your purchase—no questions asked

To claim your refund, email your score report to support@certguide.ai within 14 days of your exam date.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or republish our content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our proprietary algorithms
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Share actual exam questions or violate any certification vendor's policies

All content on CertGuide.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. CompTIA, Security+, and related certification names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Using our platform will result in passing any certification exam
• Our content is completely accurate or up-to-date with current exam objectives

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertGuide.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or exam fees.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
